I stayed 2 nights and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when visiting Bulgaria. Food was savoury and fantastic; the staff were genuinely helpful.

Even though the hotel was a bit old, it was centrally located in the center, and had strong wi-fi.

Everything was great, prime location close to the city center, the staff were courteous! I liked the room on the last floor, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. So many excellent options for breakfast, such as pastries, eggs and cheese.

The location and staff were incredible, we loved this wonderful relaxing hotel. Plenty of food for breakfast including eggs, toast and pastries. Spacious bedrooms with big beds.

Lots of food at breakfast, such as cereals, milk, bacon, jam and toast. Warm rooms with climate control, tea making facilities and two windows. Excellent co-operating staff, RESTFUL experience. Quick check-in too. There were a supermarket and shopping malls around the hotel.

We liked our practical rooms and the staff was personable. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. Soft beds, complimentary Wi-Fi and an excellent air-conditioning in the room. It was reasonably priced, compared to other design hotels...

No complaints, I had a really comfortable stay and would stay here again. I would pointed out food and rooms, that were pleasant and the hotel was functional. Centrally based in local area. 0.5 miles from Sofia airport. There were air conditioning, facilities to make tea and two windows in the room, appreciated that.

The breakfast was tasty, the staff were helpful. There's Bonitas within 10 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu. Nothing too much trouble, an amazing experience, would definitely come back.
